[News] Welcome to the Jungle with this New NSFW Trailer for The Green Inferno

It's been a long time coming, but Eli Roth is finally returning to the director's chair. After a long hiatus that saw him playing actor and producer to the works of others, Roth returns and is taking us deep into the Amazon for his next demented slice of hell with The Green Inferno. His much-anticipated loving ode to the Cannibal sub-genre.

The Green Inferno follows a couple of grad school student activists as they venture deep into the heart of the Amazon in order to protest the logging of the rainforest. However, the situation turns grim when their plane crashes and burns. Leaving the unwitting grad students isolated and captured by a dangerous cannibalistic tribe.

The film was originally set to open in the United States on September 5th. However, it's release date was pulled by the distributors Open Road, leaving the release date in limbo. Here in Australia though, the film is set to premiere at this year's Sydney Underground Film Festival.

In the meantime, check out the brand new Red Band Trailer below and let us know your thoughts.

[News] Check out the first trailer for HORRIBLE BOSSES 2

New Line Cinema and Warner Brothers have released the first teaser for the upcoming comedy HORRIBLE BOSSES 2. A sequel to the unexpected hit comedy of 2011. The trio of White Collar Schlubs -- Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day -- return, this time scheming to kidnap a shady investor (played by Christoph Waltz) who screws each of them out of money.

As seen in this brief tease, almost all of the original cast has been shoehorned into the film in some way or another. Including Jamie Foxx as the inept criminal consultant Dean "Motherfucker" Jones. Is it necessary to go on another adventure of mishaps with these three modern day stooges? Only time will tell.

HORRIBLE BOSSES 2 hits Cinemas later this year.

[News] First Trailer for Studio Ghibli's WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE

Late last week, we shared six brand spanking new images from Studio Ghibli's upcoming film WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE. We also lamented over the lack of Trailer considering the film's imminent July release date. No less than a week later and we now have our first true look at WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE.

WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE tells the story of Anna, a shy lonely young girl who hasn't a friend in the world. She then meets Marnie, a beautiful yet enigmatic girl of the same age. The two strike up a friendship, although, Marnie is perhaps not all she seems...

The film, based on a beloved Childrens Novel by Joan G. Robinson and is Directed by Yonebayashi Hiroma (THE SECRET WORLD OF ARRIETTY), marks a time of transition for Studio Ghibli as a company, as the founding fathers -- Toshio Suzuki, Hayao Miyazaki, and Isao Takahata -- have all supposedly entered retirement. If this trailer is anything to go by, it seems that Director Yonebayashi is more than ready to continue carrying the torch of Ghibli.

Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think in the comments box.

[News] New Images from Ghibli's WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE

Studio Ghibli's official Twitter Account has released a handful of new images from their upcoming film WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE. The film is scheduled for release on July 19th in Japan, making it a bit strange that we still have yet to see a trailer for the film despite its imminent release. Although, Studio Ghibli's Twitter account promises that there is "more to come very soon."

WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE is based on a beloved Children's Novel by Joan G. Robinson and tells the story of Anna, a lonely young girl who meets and befriends an enigmatic young girl named Marnie. The novel has been adapted under the helm of Yonebayashi Hiroma -- best known for THE SECRET WORLD OF ARRIETTY

Synopsis Courtesy of Wikipedia

Then she is sent to Norfolk to stay with old Mr and Mrs Pegg, where she runs wild on the sand dunes and around the water. There is a house, the Marsh House, which she feels she recognizes - and she soon meets a strange little girl called Marnie, who becomes Anna's first ever friend. Then one day, Marnie vanishes.

[News] Gnarly. Check out the New Trailer for the Michael Bay Produced TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES

Alrighty dudes and dudettes, Major League Butt Kicking is Back in Town. Are you all ready to let your hair down and get funky with the Ninja Rap? Then I have got some bad news for you. Vanilla Ice is nowhere to be found in this, the latest trailer for the upcoming Michael Bay produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Perhaps it's just me, but I'm still somewhat sceptical. There's just something about the Turtles faces that doesn't sit right with me. They look a little too human for their own good. Almost bordering on creepy. But the small glimpse of the new and improved badass, steroid induced Shredder is a high note, even if he is no longer of Japanese origin. I still have my reservations, but the action is typically Michael Bay inspired, which is a good thing in my eyes. Here's hoping for the best.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits Cinemas August this year.

But what say you, dudes and dudettes? Share your thoughts with us below.
