Ilsa: Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks.

Dyanne Thorn returns at her sultry finest in this relatively strong follow-up to Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS. Fans of Nazisploitation and Sexploitation need no introduction to Ilsa, but for those unacquainted then let me bring you up to speed. After the moderate success of his Women-in-Prison sexploitation effort Love Camp producer David F.Friedman (a reoccurring figure here at Trailer Trash) set out to make yet another Nazisploitation film. This time they crafted a script based around the factual and notorious female Nazi Prison Camp soldiers. Taking direct influence from the likes of Irma Grese, whose war crimes were without question monstrously dehumanizing.
With their inspiration in place, all they needed was the titular Ilsa. Enter Dyanne Thorn a mammoth-breasted, leggy and strikingly ravishing redheaded pin-up girl. Prior to Ilsa, she had shown up in some minor roles elsewhere, most notably as the kinky swinger in the soft-core 1964 film Sins in the Suburb. But after She Wolf of the SS came and went, she would then be forever immortalized as the ruthlessly sadistic yet voracious blonde sex goddess Ilsa. A woman whose cravings for inhumane torture were just as passionate as her sexual appetite.
After the success of She Wolf of the SS, along came the inevitable sequels. Our pick for today's Trailer Trash is the 1976 sequel Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks. This instalment takes Ilsa out of the Nazi Prison Camp and into the Middle East where she manages a slave-ring for a degenerate Sheik (Victor Alexander). It would seem that our degenerate Sheik has a nasty habit for damaging the merchandise. Leaving our buxom anti-hero to resort to kidnapping beautiful women to ensure a steady rotating line-up for the Sheik. Ilsa trains her new "recruits" in the arts of being subservient and willing to please their master. Give her any lip, and the punishment will be severe.
Trading up the Nazi Camp in favour of a Middle Eastern Setting allowed for a lighter tone. Achieved thanks in large part to its tongue-in-cheek approach. Don't fret sleaze hounds, there is still an abundance of sleaze to whet your appetite. Boobs are crushed in gruesome manners, and there is as to be expected, an abundance of sexual acts. Bondage, masturbation, sex, violence and dildos that act as detonation devices as divine ecstasy is reached. What more could you want?
Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks is a blast. Mixing hardcore gore with softcore porn all wrapped up with an exaggerated plot makes for a winner. As always, Dyanne Thorn is a delight to watch in this role as she steams up the screen at her sultry best.
Do you like sleaze? Then trust me. You're going to get plenty of sleaze with this one. As the old saying goes, "they just don't make 'em like this anymore."
